Most AI plans a trip for you. Hector helps your group plan it together.
Hector is the trip’s assistant. He asks the group questions, keeps the plan up to date, tells everyone what they need to know and answers from what’s in the trip, so the organiser doesn’t have to do it all.

Ask him anything about the trip, privately, whenever you like.
The group chat
Type @Hector and he helps where everyone can see it. He doesn’t post there unless someone asks him to.

Asking and telling
Gets everyone’s answer.
“Ask everyone if they can make Friday’s hike.”
He drafts the question, the group answers with a tap, and organisers can see who hasn’t replied yet.
Tells everyone once.
“Let everyone know we’re meeting in the lobby at 8.”
He drafts the announcement, so nobody has to repeat it in five chats.
The plan and the admin
Keeps the plan current.
“Move Saturday’s dinner to 8 and add the Corcovado train on Friday.”
He updates the day-by-day plan so everyone sees the same version, and when a change matters to everyone, he drafts the note to the group.
Takes on the admin.
“Remind everyone to check their passport is valid.”
He adds a to-do for everyone, and organisers can see who’s done it.
Options and answers
Gives the group options.
“Find three places for dinner near the hotel.”
He suggests places to save to the shortlist, where the group likes the ones they want. Or ask him to turn them into a poll.
Answers from the trip.
“What’s the hotel reference?”
He works from what’s been added to the trip, including the booking confirmations you’ve forwarded, so the organiser stops being the group’s search engine.
Getting ready
Helps you get ready.
“Suggest a packing list for the week.”
Shared or personal, with the weather taken into account.
Who has the last word
He drafts. You post.
Anything that goes to the whole group, a question or an announcement, comes back to you as a card first. Read it, change it, or post it.
Smaller things, like saving a place or adding to the packing list, he does straight away and tells you in the chat.

What he sees.
Hector works from your trip: its places, dates, plan, documents and messages. To write his replies, trip content is processed by the AI services we use, listed in our privacy policy. Nothing you put in a trip is sold or used for advertising.
